Escudo de azul, pálio de coticas ondadas de prata, acompanhada em chefe de uma coroa do Espírito santo de prata, à dextra de um pergaminho desenrolado de ouro e à sinistra de uma talha do mesmo. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro, em maiúsculas : “ ASSEICEIRA - TOMAR “.
