Escudo de prata com uma laranjeira de sua cor frutado de ouro, arrancada e com o tronco de negro e acompanhada de duas bestas de vermelho. Coroa mural de cinco torres de prata. Listel branco com legenda de negro : " CIDADE DE TONDELA ".
