Escudo de prata, uma vieira de ouro cosida de negro, acompanhada em chefe à dextra, de uma roda dentada de negro, atravessada em contrabanda por uma lima de negro e à sinistra de uma flor-de-lis de negro. Em ponta, quatro faixetas ondadas de verde e prata, a primeira carregada de três peixes de prata Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ VILA DE VIEIRA DE LEIRIA “.
