Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted in 2021.
The blue bar symbolises the Allier river, which also a rich sources of fish, and thus in the past important for the local economy.
The clay from the river also made it possible to develop locally potteries and a roof-tile industry, which is symbolised in the arms.
