Escudo de azul, barco de negro realçado e vestido de prata, mastreado e cordoado de negro, acompanhado em chefe de um sol de ouro e vogando sobre um ondeado de prata e verde em ponta; brocante sobre o ondeado, uma rede de pesca de negro. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro: " TORREIRA ".
