Hopeakentässä sininen paalu, jossa seitsenkielinen kultakantele; kielet punaiset.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 21, 1952.

The arms how a local folk instrument (kantele) and symbolises the local folklore as well as the singer Kreeta Haapasalo who originated from the village.
