Escudo de prata, um pelourinho de ouro filetado de púrpura, acompanhado em chefe à dextra de um crescente invertido de vermelho e à sinistra de um escudete em ponta, de azul, com banda enxaquetada de duas tiras de vermelho e prata acompanhada de duas flores de lis de ouro; em ponta dois ramos cruzados no pé, folhados e carregados de frutos da região, de sua cor. Coroa mural de quatro torres de prata. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: "Vila de Alfeizerão".
