D'azur au château de trois tours d'or, ouvertes de sable, celle du centre plus haute, posées sur une burelle ondée d'argent; au chef cousu de gueules chargé d'un léopard d'or.

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted on April 12, 1975.

The arms symbolizes the defense of the marches of the border of Normandy at the Epte river with its mighty fortress. The lion is the lion of Normandy, the wavy bar the Epte and the castle the fortress.
