MUSAU

State : Tirol
District : Reutte

Wappen von Musau

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on November 9, 1982.

The arms show a dragon, pierced by a spear. This is the symbol of St. Magnus and is taken to represent the St. Magnus monastery in Füssen, which had until 1803 most rights and a large part of the property in Musau. The colours of the field are those of Tirol.
