===Origin/meaning===
The arms show a rider on a horse holding a banner and a set of rams horns. The ride ris the so-called King of Farmers, the nickname of the mayor, who rides a horse with the local banner on special occasions. The rams horns are taken from the local noble family Von Lierheim. The colours are those of the city of [[Nördlingen]], which bought the village from the Von Lierheim family around 1450.
