Escudo de ouro, ponte de dois arcos de negro, lavrada do campo, movente dos flancos e de um pé ondado de três tiras de azul e prata e encimada por uma lira de vermelho, realçada de negro, entre dois ramos de oliveira de verde, frutados de negro e postos em pala. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro : “ GOUVIÃES - TAROUCA “.
