In einem von Weiß zu Grün geteilten Schild oben zwei rote bäuerliche Tonkrüge, unten einen goldenen Maiskolben mit vier entfalteten silbernen Deckblättern.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on August 8, 1971.
The corn-cob stands for maize, the most important local crop. The ceramics in chief are home-made jugs ("Plutzer"), in which the population used to carry off the waters of the healing spring at Sulz, the Johannisquelle.
