D'azzurro, a tre cotisse d'argento poste in scaglione, accompagnate sotto da tre monti di verde, quello di mezzo più alto, e sopra dalla lettera L, d'argento, accostata da sei bisanti d'oro disposti tre e tre in scaglione e sormontata da un crescente rovesciato d'argento, cui sovrasta una corona d'oro di quattro fioroni (tre visibili) alternati da quattro gruppi (due visibili) di tre perle ciascuno. Ornamenti esteriori da Comune.
