The Pace-Stick is the Drill Sergeants Symbol and is indicative of the Basic Training given to the Recruits who recived their Basic Training at the Station. The Bugle Horn symbolises the RAF Central Band also stationed at Uxbridge. The Latin Motto translates as "We form the youth". The Badge was approved in April 1953.
