- (sv) I blått fält en balkvis ställd stång hammare av silver, på båda sidor åtföljd av en bomb av silver med låga av guld.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on September 14, 1954.
The hammer refers to the local iron mining and iron industry. The two bombs refer to the Battle of Oravais in 1808.
