Escudo de ouro, armação de moinho de negro, cordoada e vestida de azul, entre dois ramos compósitos de trigo, de verde, de azinheira do mesmo, frutado de vermelho e de flores de linho de azul, realçados de ouro e com estames de prata, com os pés passados em aspa; campanha diminuta ondada, de azul e prata de três peças. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «SABÓIA».
