Escudo de ouro, um boi passante, de sua cor, entre duas armações de moinho de negro, cordeadas do mesmo e vestidas de azul, em chefe e um ondeado de verde, carregado de cotica ondada de prata, em ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro, em maiúsculas : “ SÃO TEOTÓNIO - ODEMIRA “.
