En un campo rojo, un castillo, por encima del escudo, se asoma una mujer con el busto desnudo, adornada con una corona murada, que sostiene en sus manos unas cadenas. Dos osos rampantes, encadenados a ambos lados de la torre. Las figuras del escudo son en sus colores naturales.
