D'azur au manoir d'argent, posé sur des ondes du champ, chargé d'une crosse contournée d'or, à l‘agneau pascal d'argent, la tête contournée et nimbée, brochant sur la crosse en chef; au chef cousu de gueules chargé d'une roue dentée d'or accostée de quatre navettes d'argent passées deux à deux en sautoir.
Origin/meaning
The arms show a manor house and crosier, as the Archbishops of Rouen had a large estate in the village. The sheep is taken from the arms of Rouen and indicates the ties with the city. The base shows the Cailly river.
the chief shows symbols for the local textile (shuttles) and metal (cogwheel) industries.
