Coupé ondé : au 1er d’azur plain, au 2e de gueules à deux léopards d’or, armés et lampassés d’azur, l’un au-dessus de l’autre.
Origin/meaning
The arms show the geography of the département, the Channel in the upper half and the land with the two lions of Normandy in the lower half. Compare also Manche.
