Per fess azure and gules, on a cross argent a palm tree issuant from an island all vert.
Origin/meaning
The Division of the Shield into Blue and Red alludes to the Flag of Haiti, the Cross to Christianity. The Palm tree is a Haitian Liberty symbol.
