Escudo de azul, uma faixa xadrezada de prata e negro, de quatro tiras; em contra-chefe, monte de três cômoros de ouro, realçados de negro; brocante, vara de verde florida de prata, posta em pala. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ ALQUEIDÃO DA SERRA “.

The arms were officially granted on June 2, 1997.
