Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on December 21, 1982.
The arms with the two dragon heads are based on the arms of Florian Waldauf, who was knighted by Emperor Maximilian and who received the castle Rettenberg in Kolsass in 1492. To distinguish the arms of those of Kolsass a canting mountain
