ALMADÉN

Province : Ciudad Real
Spanish | El escudo de Almadén es rectangular, redondo en su parte inferior con cuatro cuarteles. Primer cuartel: En campo de gules, castillo de oro almenado, aclarado en azur y mazonado de sable, símbolo de Castilla. Segundo cuartel: En campo de argento plata, un león rampante de gules erguido sobre sus patas traseras y coronado de oro, símbolo de León. Tercer cuartel: En campo de argento plata, Cruz de Calatrava de gules, representa a la Orden de Calatrava, propietaria durante muchos años de esta región. Cuarto cuartel: En campo de gules, maza y martillo entrecruzados, ambos en oro , representa la minería. En el centro un ovalo en campo de azur con tres Flores de Lis en oro bien ordenadas, con bordadura roja, símbolo de la Casa Real. Al timbre corona real cerrada. |
