В лазоревом (синем, голубом) поле с оконечностью в цвет поля, покрытой многочисленными рядами малых серебряных равнобедренных треугольников с вогнутыми основаниями, размещен направленный вправо серебряный парусный корабль с распущенными и надутыми ветром парусами. Все сопровождено поверх всего зелеными, тонко окаймленными серебром боковиками, подобными видимым до половины узким дважды зазубренным остриям.
