En campo de azur, moviente del flanco diestro una fortaleza de su color, mazonada, sobre rocas y con escalera de acceso, aclarada de plata y sumada de bandera de gules cargada con una cruz de plata; siniestrado todo de un bergantín de sable de tres paos, sobre sinople, superado por dos gaivotas de sable. Al timbre, corona real cerrada.
