MEAUX-LA-MONTAGNE
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The municipality was created in 1844 from (parts of) Cublize, Grandris, Saint-Bonnet-le-Troncy and Saint-Vincent-de-Reins, which is symbolised by the four pine cones. The cones also refer to the local forests. The mountain in the upper half is a canting element, the church symbolises the local, 19th century, church.
