History: Raised at Old Sarum in August 1917.

Origin/meaning
The mythical dog-like creature Ceberus, the Guardian of Hades, is considered suitable for an unit which claims to have barred the enemy's way from both front and rear during the German retreat in 1918. The badge was approved in October 1937.
