Escudo de prata, com uma macieira verde, frutada de ouro e troncada de negro, saindo de um terrado verde realçado de negro. Saindo do mesmo terrado, envolvendo o tronco e trepando pela árvore, uma videira de verde, folhada do mesmo e frutada de dois cachos de púrpura pendentes da árvore. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco com os dizeres : " CIDADE DE PAREDES ", de negro.
