SZCZERCÓW
Province: Łódź
County: Bełchatów
Polish | blazon wanted |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on August 27, 2004.
The tower is taken from the old seals of Szczercow. The sword and key are the attributes of the local patron saints Peter and Paul. The crowned initial "K" is a monogram of King Casimir the Great, who invested in the town, he founded the local church.
