GHIMBAV
District/county (județ) : Brașov
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on April 30, 2014.
The gold sign evokes the old legal mark of the locality.
The 3 poppies symbolize civic solidarity, courage and magnification, which come from the heart of man and are rooted in the heart of Bârsa Country.
The mural crown with 3 crenellated towers means that the town has the status of a city.
