Official blazon
Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite. În câmp roșu se află un căprior de argint, având vârful tăiat de o bandă undată, de culoare albastră; în partea superioară, în deschiderea căpriorului, se află o pereche de ghinde cu două frunze de stejar, de aur. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on August 20, 2008.
The elements symbolize the fertility of the land and the forest richness of the area. The wavy bar represents the Gurghiu River.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
