ILVA MICĂ
District/county (județ) : Bistrița-Năsăud
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on October 1, 2014.
The winged wheel symbolizes the railway junction, the first land connection between Transylvania and Moldova. The spinning wheel means keeping traditional occupations and habits.
The log represents the lumber factory. The wavy bar represents the confluence of the rivers Ilva and Someșul Mare.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
