History: Formed at Stirling in July 1916.
Official blazon
A dexter arm proper in bend couped below the elbow grasping in the hand a battle-axe Or, hafted proper.
Motto: Pone nos ad hostem.
Origin/meaning
The Badge is symbolic of leading others into Battle. The Motto translates as ”Follow us to find the enemy”, The Badge was approved in December 1938.
