Escudo de azul, com chaminé regional de prata, aberta do campo e realçada de negro, entre duas gavelas de espigas de trigo de ouro, atadas de vermelho; em chefe, coroa mariana de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ CONCEIÇÃO – OURIQUE “.
