Un scut triunghiular albastru cu marginile rotunjite, pe care se află un caduceu negru, tăiat de un brâu undat, de argint. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

The arms were officially granted on July 28, 2005.
