Official blazon
Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat de argint. În partea superioară, în câmp roșu, se află un stârc de argint, înconjurat deasupra de șapte stele de aur, dispuse în semicerc. În partea inferioară, în câmp albastru, se află un războinic în tunică roșie cu cizme de aur, ținând în mâna dreaptă o spadă de argint, iar în mâna stângă un mănunchi de spice de grâu de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on October 7, 2014.
The herdonefers to the unique bird species in the county. The seven stars indicate the number of component villages of the commune.
The wavy bar represents the Someș river. The warrior was found on the seals and coats of arms of seventeenth-century riflemen, who had the role of guarding the borders.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
