În partea superioară, în câmp albastru, se află un cerb de aur, sărind spre dreapta. În partea inferioară, în câmp albastru, se află o roată de moară, naturală, în mișcare pe o apă curgătoare, de argint. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
