Escudo de vermelho, um boi passante de ouro, armado de prata, ungulado e realçado de negro, entre dois ramos de videira de prata, folhados e gavinhados do mesmo, frutados de ouro e com os pés passados em aspa, em chefe e campanha diminuta ondada de prata e azul de três tiras. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: " VALE DA PEDRA ".
