Escudo de ouro, monte de três cômoros de verde, movente dos flancos e da ponta, semeados de espigas de centeio do campo e encimado por duas setas abatidas de vermelho, passadas em aspa. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ CUMEEIRA - PENELA “.
