DIEBLING

Département : Moselle

Blason de Diebling

Official blason

D’argent au lion de sable; à la bordure de gueules chargée en chef de deux cailloux d’or.

Origin/meaning

The arms are those of Laurent de Lichtenberg, lord of the village in the 18th century, augmented with two stones for St. Stephen, which refer to the Chapter of Hombourg, to which the local church belonged.
