Official blazon

Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat, de argint. În partea superioară, în câmp roșu, se află o cunună din patru spice de grâu, de aur. În vârful scutului, în câmp verde, se află un cap de cerb, văzut din față. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on July 28, 2005.

The wavy bar symbolizes the Pogonici riverbed and the vicinity of the Timiș river.

The wreath with the ears of wheat symbolizes the basic activity of the inhabitants of the area, agriculture.

The deer's head represents the rich wildlife of the area.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
