D'or au lion couronné, taillé de gueules et de sable, tenant une tige de sinople fleurie de trois roses au naturel.

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted on November 26, 1960.

The red lion holding a flower is taken from the arms of the Principality if Lixheim, to which the area belonged. The black lion is taken from the arms of the Bayer de Boppart family, former lords of the village.
