D'argent à la croix de gueules chargée à ses extrémités de quatre fleurs de lis d'or; au chef bastillé de trois pièces de sable chargé de trois feuilles d'orme d'or.
Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted in June 2003.
The cross with the fleur-de-lys is taken from the arms of the De Cazalet family, who played a major role in the local history. The embattled chief refers to the fortified village itself an the elm trees to the historical elm tree in the village, planted in 1593.
