Em campo verde, uma torre de prata; em chefe quatro estrelas de cinco pontas do mesmo metal; em contra-chefe, uma banda ondada, de prata, aguada de azul. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com os dizeres : " RIBEIRA BRAVA ", de verde.

The arms were officially granted on January 9, 1961.
