Shield: Azure (Light Blue), in chief and in base a barrulet wavy Argent; between two fusils per quarterly Sable and Or charged with a gunstone, a pale of the fourth bearing a fusil (Crimson) charged with a bomb issuing flames palewise of the fourth.
Crest: From a wreathArgent and Azure (Light Blue) a tower Sable and suspended therefrom by a riband of the second an escutcheon Gules charged with a star of eleven points Or, in base two demi-spears saltirewise Proper.
Motto: Quality Service.

Distinctive Unit Insignia, Description: A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height overall consisting of three elongated diamonds palced laterally, the center on crimson bearing a golden flaming fireball and sourmounting two outher diamonds which are divided quarterly black and gold with black pallet in each center; all in front of and extending beyond a disk bearing four concentric wavy rings alternately gold and light blue; in base a gold scroll bearing the inscription "QUALITY SERVICE" in black letters.
