I fält av guld ett blått, latinskt kors med de tre övre armarma korsade. Origin/meaning The arms were officially granted in 1940. The arms are based on the seal of the city known since 1378. The meaning or origin of the cross is not known. On the seal the arms also showed a small letter K, which was removed in 1940.
