Escudo de azul, com uma mão direita, aberta, de ouro, acompanhado em chefe por duas estrelas de prata, e lateralmente e em contra-chefe, por três perpétuas de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: “ VILA DE FOLGOSINHO “.
