Escut caironat: d'atzur, un molí paperer d'or acompanyat al peu d'un geminat ondat d'argent en faixa. Per timbre una corona mural de poble.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 16, 1996.

The village is placed over the river Francolí, and has used ever since the water power to move the weaving mills situated along the river, now transformed in paper factories. The arms show one of these traditional mills and the river Francolí.
