Origin/meaning
From the Supporter of Perceval, 2nd Eral of Egmont (1711-1772) Lord High Admiral and Later 1st Lord of the Admirality. The Latin Motto also from the Arms of the Admiral translates as "Under the white cross". The Badge was approved in 1923.
